These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the aee99 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.

2. Account Registration and Security

- All registration information — including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and complete. aee99 will reject or close accounts found to have been registered with false or incomplete information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aee99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.

- Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your aee99 account or any balance held within it to any third party under any circumstances.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on aee99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. aee99 may add or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. aee99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
- aee99 charges no withdrawal processing fees. However, the player's mobile money provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with that provider's current fee schedule, which is outside aee99's control.
- Deposits that are found to have originated from fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment sources will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances pending investigation by aee99 and the relevant payment provider.
- aee99 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on player balances. Funds held in a player's aee99 wallet are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gameplay and are not an investment, savings, or lending product of any kind.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
aee99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise. aee99 reserves the right to revoke any bonus found to have been claimed in violation of this rule.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page before the player opts in. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
- aee99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited to a player's account prior to such withdrawal will remain subject to its original wagering requirement.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotional offer are valid only for the specific game(s) stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Expired free spins will be removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- aee99 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and void associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in good-faith gameplay.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aee99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:
- Registering more than one account on the platform, regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances held within them forfeited without notice.
- Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted by aee99.
- Colluding with other players or third parties in any betting activity, including but not limited to match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent the platform's game integrity systems.
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. aee99 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the aee99 platform, its software, or its APIs. Any security vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to aee99 immediately via the support contact email.
Zero Tolerance: aee99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed and all funds within the account will be forfeited. aee99 will also report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

aee99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While aee99 takes all reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform availability and data integrity, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
aee99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 5.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any activity that may cause harm to aee99, other players, or third parties, pending investigation.
- At the player's own request, including requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion provisions of Section 6. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact aee99 support at the email address in the footer of this site.
10. Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. aee99 operates as an online gaming platform and does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of aee99 complies with all laws applicable to them in their location.
aee99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
